| A 3" on a over 500rwhp car will make a difference in power... If I put a 2.5" system, I will have more of that low end grunt.. Because it increases the velocity of the gasses with a smaller pipe. The larger the pipe, the more FREELY the gasses can "flow" and UP TOP (high RPM) it will gain, but I will loose the low end grunt. I am looking at having more than 700rwhp w/o n20. I will bet money that a 2.5" system will put me at a lower hp than my 3". There has been like a million posts about it, Even Greg ran his 9 sec time AFTER he switched over to a full 3" system. Its about getting that top end hp to pull that car faster.
